02Consultation

1-on-1 consultations require dedicated time and chart preparation prior to the call.

• All consultation payments are non-refundable.
• Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the session without a refund.

03Live Sessions

Our live sessions are conducted periodically (daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly depending on the specific course or program offering).

• Fees paid for live session enrollments or passes are strictly non-refundable once purchased.
• Missed live sessions cannot be refunded or compensated with individual catch-up calls.

04Courses

Upon purchasing any course, instant access is granted to digital material, proprietary curricula, or reserved seats.

05Rescheduling Policy

While refunds are strictly not provided, we understand emergency situations can arise for 1-on-1 consultations. If you need to reschedule your booked consultation, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled slot. We will do our best to accommodate a new date and time subject to availability.
