02Nature of our services

AstroAradhana provides Vedic astrology consultations (Health, Relationship, Career, Money, and Life Counselling), live sessions (which will take place daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly depending on the course), and astrology courses, led by Aradhana Shukla.

Our services are intended for guidance, self-reflection, and wellbeing purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

03Eligibility & Health Advisory

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

04Consultations

• Consultations are booked for a specific date and time and are prepared based on the birth details you provide.
• You are responsible for providing accurate date, time, and place of birth. We are not liable for inaccuracies in a reading caused by incorrect information provided by you.
• Consultations are delivered live via call or video, unless otherwise agreed.
• Rescheduling and cancellation terms are set out in our Refund Policy.

05Live sessions

Live sessions take place on scheduled dates and times depending on the specific course (daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly). By joining, you agree to:

• Join sessions on time, as late entry may be disruptive to the group
• Not record, redistribute, or publicly share session audio or video without our written permission
• Participate respectfully and refrain from disruptive, harassing, or spamming behaviour during live sessions

We reserve the absolute right to remove any participant immediately from a session without prior warning or refund for conduct that disrupts or compromises the experience for others.

06Courses

Course content (including the Basic and Advanced Astrology Courses) is provided for personal educational use only. Sharing your login credentials, redistributing course materials, or reselling access to any course is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your access without a refund.

07Payments & Financial Advisory

All prices listed on our Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time; changes will not affect services already booked and paid for.

08Refunds

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

09User conduct & Anti-Harassment

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against misconduct, harassment, and defamation to protect Aradhana Shukla, our team, and our community. When using our Website or participating in any service, you agree strictly NOT to:

• Engage in any abusive, rude, offensive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward Aradhana Shukla, team members, or other participants during consultations, live sessions, courses, or private communications.
• Spam, flood live chat rooms, promote external services, or send unauthorized promotional materials.
• Publicly defame, slander, libel, post malicious reviews, or publish false statements regarding Aradhana Shukla, AstroAradhana, or any associated team members on social media, review platforms, or public forums.
• Record, screenshot, or distribute private session details, chat logs, or confidential advice shared within group sessions.
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

10Intellectual property

All content on our Website — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and recordings — is the property of AstroAradhana and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstroAradhana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Website or services, including decisions made based on a consultation, reading, or course content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Our Website and services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms such as Zoom and payment gateways. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

14Termination & Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the complete right, at our sole discretion, to immediately terminate your account, remove you from courses, cancel your consultations, and revoke your access to live sessions without notice or refund if you breach these Terms — specifically including any instance of spamming, troubling Aradhana Shukla or team members, engaging in toxic behaviour, or attempting to publicly defame our brand.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against any individual engaging in defamation, harassment, or unauthorized distribution of proprietary materials under applicable Indian laws.

15Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

16Changes to these terms
